I enjoy assisting people make one of the major financial and emotional decisions of their life. I find it rewarding to be part of such an important decision. The past 30 years I have enjoyed the opportunity to assist people with their real estate needs. During this time I have taken an active role in our industry's professional organizations by leading and serving on numerous committees and associations.

My wife, Kay, has joined me in the business after a wonderful career as a French teacher, and has added tremendous support in all aspects of our committed service. For the 5th year in a row, Rich has received the Super Real Estate Agent® designation by Mpls.St.Paul magazine and Twin Cities Business Monthly. Five-time winners make up only a tenth of all named Super Agents! The "Super Agent" designation is truly an honor, being awarded to fewer than 4% of all real estate agents in Minnesota. Surveys were sent to recent home buyers, subscribers of the magazines, mortgage companies, title companies and 2006 Super Agents. Agents were graded on the following:

Our family has always been most important to us. Our education system and community have given my family the support necessary for healthy growth so all of us can reach our goals. I have been able to attain a special insight on both education and community that has helped build my career. Most of all, we feel very fortunate that our children are now pursuing their own dreams and professional careers, including growing families.
