As President of the Minnesota Chapter of CRS in 1996 (Certified Residential Specialist), Rich was involved with networking throughout the state and country. He was the editor of the MN CRS Newsletter, "The Communique," for four years while serving as one of the Directors. This most gratifying experience has provided incredible networking and advanced education while attempting to disseminate important information from NAR (National Association of Realtors) and the RS Council. The RS Council serves as the educational and marketing organization for NAR. Rich served as a member of the RS Councils Technology Committee that put him in the forefront of what is to come. He also had the opportunity to serve as a member of the Designation Criteria Committee.
